kuching laksa.

Managed to have a chance to cook Kuching Laksa for boyfie for dinner. A very easy preparing method of my own and I would like to share :D

All you need:

1) 1 packet of beehoon.
2) 1 packet of Kuching laksa paste.
3) 500g large prawns.
4) 500g chichen thigh.
5) 2 jumbo eggs.
6) Half a packet of bean sprouts.
7) 3 limes.

Cooking method:

1) Soak the beehoon in cold/warm water to soften it.
2) Clean and peel the prawns. Do not throw away the prawn heads.
3) Boil a pot of water. Add in chicken stock when it is boiling.
4) Then put in the chicken thigh and prawns and wait until it's cooked.
5) Slice the chicken thigh when it's cold.
6) Then add in the prawn heads and boil it for 15 minutes.
7) Take out the prawn heads and add in the laksa paste. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
8) Heat up the pan and beat up the eggs. Fry it and slice it.

Serving method:

- Soft beehoon is to be put in an empty bowl first.
- Then top the beehoon up with the sliced eggs and chicken thigh, and prawns.
- I merely boil the bean sprouts so that it stays crispy.
- Lastly, add in the laksa soup and WALLAH, it's ready to be served! (top with lime if you prefer)

Wasn't that easy?? Do give it a try on your own! Good luck ;)

xoxo
